Privacy
This page describes what Pressure Atlas collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what the service needs to run, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Account details
- Name, email address, and a password (stored only as a hash) when you create an account. If you connect through an AI client with OAuth, we also record which client you authorized.
- Usage records
- One record per tool or API call: which tool, when, whether it succeeded, how long it took, and which client made the call. These records power your usage dashboard and the daily limits.
- Feedback
- What you send through the feedback tools: your message, its kind (feature request, complaint, bug, praise, or other), what it concerns, and which account, key, and client sent it. When you edit feedback, the earlier wording is kept with the time of each change; when you close it, it stays on record as closed. The team reads it to decide what to build and fix.
- Assistant conversations
- What you ask the assistant in the app and the answers it gives, kept as one conversation per account so you can pick it up later; Start over sets a conversation aside and begins a new one. The team may read them to improve the assistant and the service.
- API keys
- Keys are stored only as hashes. The full key is shown once, at creation, and cannot be recovered afterwards.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or share your details with anyone except the infrastructure that hosts the service (Amazon Web Services, in the United States) and the email service that sends account and product email on our behalf (Loops, in the United States), which receives your name, email address, and plan. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link. Answers from the assistant are written by an AI model provider (OpenAI, in the United States), which receives your question, the conversation so far, and the account facts the answer needs (your plan, limits, and usage). We do not attach your name or email address, and the provider may keep what it receives for a limited time to check for abuse. The data behind Pressure readings contains no personal information.
Cookies
The app uses cookies to keep you signed in. The website and app load Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to count visits, and the API reports a first-connection event to it under a pseudonymous account identifier. We use these for aggregate numbers only. There are no advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Account details, API keys, usage records, feedback (including earlier versions and closed items), and assistant conversations stay for as long as the account exists; revoked keys are kept as a record that they were revoked, not as working keys.
Contact and deletion
Questions about this policy, requests for a copy of your data, and account deletion go to webmaster@pressureatlas.com. We close the account and remove your name, email address, keys, feedback, and assistant conversations within thirty days of the request; usage records stay only as counts that no longer point to a person.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here before it takes effect.
